As a professional artist (40 years), gallery owner (11 years) and calligrapher (30 years) I can't live without painting. It's the joy in my life. Although I've used watercolors, inks and gouaches, acrylics are now my main medium. I like to paint in bright bold colors on canvas using my special technique of edging my flowers in thicker paint to give them a 3-D look.
